Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your ETX Heritage Co. order. Because many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once we review the issue, we will work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Sizing & Fit

Please review the size information provided on the product page before ordering. Because our apparel is made to order, we generally cannot offer returns or exchanges when the correct product and size were delivered but the item does not fit as expected.

If we sent you a size different from the size you ordered, please contact us and we will make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has entered production.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on your bank or payment provider.
